Description: Cliff Parker creates knives that push the limits of what is possible. Captivating, detailed images of a sailfish are paired with swordfish bill scales to make a knife that is stunning in design and executed with flair and poise.
The action is super-smooth and blade perfectly centered. Cliff has created a very sleek profiled liner lock folder with a remarkably slim finish. Due to the complexity of the mechanism, liner locks tend to be fairly thick. He spent considerable time over many years testing and experimenting with his designs to create a knife that is sturdy, but as low profile as possible. It is simply exceptional!
With one of the most impressive damascus patterns that I've seen, Cliff created a truly beautiful knife. The blade and matching bolsters combine radial patterns with highly precise images of sailfish. This is the level of control and complexity which has made Cliff famous.
The bolsters meet perfectly to the astonishingly beautiful, swordfish bill handle scales. Swordfish bill is tremendously strong since the living animal uses it to slash and catch their prey. It is actually a protruding upper jaw bone (also called a rostral bone). The scales are set on fully fileworked, anodized titanium liners.
The fit and finish are as good as it gets - stunning work, through and through!
