Description: Bradford Knives are handmade in Renton, Washington. His background working in an aerospace machine shop is clearly evident in these high performance, elegant steak knives.
We're very excited about these steak knives. In fact, they are among the best steak knives we've ever seen!.
The blades are formed from ultra-high performance Bohler M390 stainless steel. They are full flat ground and feature a tumbled blade finish, stopped just short of a polished surface. This finish is a perfect choice, as it holds up well to the regular demands of heavy use. The blades were heat treated by Stack Metallurgical, for a keen, long lasting edge (Hrc 59.5-60.5).
Natural bubinga (Guibourtia tessmannii) scales are set on a full tang for strength and durability. The handles are nicely contoured with a palm swell. The scales are sealed with epoxy and fastened with custom made stainless Corby fasteners.
Exceptional fit and finish!
