Description: Kaj Embretsen's work has a meticulous precision not found anywhere else. Kaj's work has become increasingly rare in the US and I was exceptionally pleased to have him offer us some of his knives.
This utility knife is exceptional. It could easily be a daily carry, but would also be comfortable in nearly any collection.
The san mai blade features damascus sides. The raised clip provides a perfect thumb purchase for detailed cutting. Filework travels from the thumb ramp, around the handle, and to the choil. Desert ironwood scales are set on the full tang. Deeply etched damascus bolsters are perfectly fit to the wood. The handle is completed with a leather lanyard.
The knife is accompanied by a pouch style leather sheath. Excellent work throughout!
