Description: The Bodega is a hallmark of Todd Begg's work. This limed run of 100 knives features a two-tone tumbled finished high hollow blade with satin finished flats. The titanium bolt on lock has been jewel iced and anodized blue accented with a polished silver flute. The pocket clip mirror the lock while the dual color back spacer has checkered jimping for reverse grip control. Carbon fiber scales feature a scalloped pattern for extra grip. All screws are coated black.
The blade is perfectly centered and silky smooth -- easily opened with one hand using the discreet and ambidextrous flipper toggle. The blade uses the IKBS (Ikoma Korth Bearing System) pivot system. This mechanism, which was originally designed to fit balisong knives, uses ball bearings to create exceptional action with no blade play. Ceramic bearings are used for the IKBS and for the detent to ensure corrosion resistance and smooth flipping action.
N690 stainless steel, a super-steel created by Bohler in Austria. It takes an incredibly sharp edge and holds on to it. Increased toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping.
The titanium pocket clip is mounted for tip-up carry.
