Description: This exceptional fighter is the work of Mastersmith David Anders, who is well known for his precision and dramatic style. Bowies and large fighters are a hallmark of his style. His work is immediately recognizable for its perfect shapes and well thought through designs.
The clip point blade was forged to shape from David's own feather pattern damascus. The pattern radiates from a central quill and incorporates 15N20 and 1084 carbon steels. The 7-1/4 inch blade features a long swedge.
The handle is formed from ancient walrus ivory. The ivory is particularly dramatic and combines blue, chocolate, and cream tones. Fittings are formed from 416 stainless steel. These have been meticulously hand fileworked. The knife is accompanied by a Kenny Rowe custom leather sheath with hand tooling.
Exceptional work throughout!
