Description: This is Todd Begg's new Bodega folding knife. It introduces an innovative replaceable lockbar (Patent Pending) that not only allows you to replace the lockbar if there is a problem, it also is designed to completely eliminate any over travel or compression problems.
The titanium frame is inlaid with very rare lightning strike carbon fiber. Copper strands move through the carbon fiber weave. This type of carbon fiber was originally designed for use on fighter jets to redirect electricity. Lightning strike carbon fiber is among the hardest to find knifemaking materials. Between the carbon fiber and titanium frame, this knife keeps a light, fast feel. The pocket clip has a rather large ball bearing that functions well as a clip and is easy on your pocket.
The blade uses the IKBS (Ikoma Korth Bearing System) pivot system. This mechanism, which was originally designed to fit balisong knives, uses ball bearings to create exceptional action with no blade play.
Excellent work throughout!
