Description: This one-of-a-kind, handmade chefs knife was made by Palle Thorndal. The heavy knife will be a perfect choice as a general purpose knife in the kitchen. From chopping onions to mincing garlic, this chef's knife will be a perfect choice to grab.
Palle began with a blade by renowned Danish bladesmith Bjarne Rasmussen. Bjarne is a third generation blacksmith. The blade, which combines four separate bars of damascus, is exceptionally dramatic and immediately grabs attention. By combining 15N20 and 20C, Bjarne has ensured exceptional edge holding.
The handle combines presentation grade amboyne burl. Black buffalo horn and cream toned warthog tusk adds contrast. The gentle swell of the handle fits perfectly to the palm. This is a knife that you won't want to put down. Excellent work throughout!
