Description: John Leitch's desk knives will feel as at home in a collection as they will on an executive's desk. The ATS-34 stainless steel blade was etched with a relief for his maker's mark. This results in the "satin finish" that has made his work well known. The ATS-34 stainless steel blade was heat treated by Paul Bos to Rc 59 and will have exceptional edge holding. The fit between nickel silver bolsters and jet black African blackwood scales is excellent -- without a perceptible seam. Exceptional work throughout!
