Description: Swedish knifemakers, Roger Bergh and Anders Hogstrom, create works of art that have a meticulous fit and finish that is rarely found on other knives. When they decided to collaborate on this dagger, the results were predictably amazing.
The blade, which measures approximately 11 1/2 inches was forged to shape then ground by Roger. The complex blade combines three separate bars of damascus -- a central twist pattern is surrounded by bars of explosion pattern. The blade is immediately captivating.
The handle is formed from wholly mammoth bone with antiqued and textured bronze fittings. The antiqued bronze nicely complements the tan tones in the ancient bone. Accompanied by a hand formed, single seamed leather sheath. Exceptional work throughout.
