Description: South African knifemaker Andre van Heerden created another amazing folder. The drop point blade has smooth action and is well centered. The damascus was forged by Ettoré Gianferarri, ensuring that the patterns will be unique and different from those generally found on the American market. The dramatic pattern of the mosaic damascus blade is extremely complex and immediately grabs your attention. By combining highly detailed patterns with broader strokes, he ensures the blade draws attention both from a up close and from a distance.
Presentation grade desert ironwood is perfectly inlaid into a 416 stainless steel frame. The inlay is extremely complex and this shows Andre's skill at its best. Fileworked titanium liners have been anodized to a bronze/purple tone. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
