Description: This elegant and unique belt buckle is the work of renowned carver Stan Hawkins. Stan is a consummate carver/artist whose scrimshaw, stone sculptures, carved carousel horses and other creatures are preserved and displayed by private collectors across the United States. Carving under the name Little Hawk, all his creations are original and one-of-a-kind.
Stan began by carving an "AA" grade elk crown. In the center of the crown, he carved a big horn sheep in life-like, three dimensional detail. Stan's work carving carousel animals is clearly visible in his skillful implementation.
