Description: When European explorers began traversing the American frontier, they brought many tools for trade and utility. This patch knife was created by Tom Sterling evokes the blades of our early American heritage.
The 1080 carbon steel blade is antiqued for an heirloom appearance. The antler crown handle is secured to the tang using a hand hammered copper pin. The sterling silver butt cap is carved and engraved. The knife is accompanied by a frontier style rawhide sheath. The sheath features a hand forged 1018 steel belt clip. Exceptional work throughout!
