Description: The Mark VI with it's classic Bowie clip point is an exceptionally practical knife, suitable for backpacking, hiking or camping. The high grind offers a sleek blade for food preparation in camp, a sharp point for opening cans and a sturdy tool for whittling. It features a razor sharp 5-1/2 inch clip point blade that is long enough to perform heavy work but small enough to wear with ease. The handle, guard and blade are integral and are made of one solid billet of A2 tool steel for excellent edge retention and shock resistance. The blade is strong, gives good edge retention and is easy to re-sharpen. Non-Reflective black KalGard Gun-Kote finish. The knurled handle provides a sure, comfortable grip. A removable aluminum butt cap allows entry into the in-handle storage area -- a perfect place to keep matches and other emergency supplies.
The knife is accompanied by a high quality black leather sheath, as well as a performance Kydex sheath.
This knife has been in a private collection and is in new condition. It was on July 29th, 2004.
