Description: Deceased knifemaker Terry Kranning was best known for his miniature knives, and it is clear to see why. This knife has been in a single private collection and is in new condition. The upswept blade is formed from damascus forged from carbon steels -- a delightful miniature replica of a huntsman's skinning knife. The handle and blade are joined by a deep choil, formed in part by a brass bolster. Oosic scales are set on the full tang and pinned with brass pins, the warm tone of the brass complementing the oosic well. Perfectly proportioned … you almost wouldn't know it was a miniature!
