Description: Journeyman Smith Bruce Bingenheimer makes an exceptional hunting knife. This knife is designed for outdoor use but will feel at home in virtually any collection.
The blade was forged to shape from 9260 carbon steel. A differential heat treatment assures a strong blade, with a soft, supportive spine and a keen, long lasting edge. Bruce shows his devotion to high performance knives by triple quenching and triple tempering. He finished the blade with an heirloom quality 1200 grit hand satin finish. The presentation grade curly koa handle was stabilized so as to hold up well to the rigorous demands of outdoor use. Accompanied by hand stitched and textured pouch style leather sheath. Exceptional work throughout!
