Description: Journeyman Smith Bruce Bingenheimer makes an exceptional hunting knife. This knife is designed for and will stand up to regular outdoor use. It is also a piece that will enhance any knife collection.
The blade was forged to shape from 9260 carbon steel. A differential heat treatment assures a strong blade, with a soft, supportive spine and a keen, long lasting edge. The nickel silver is hand satin finished. The quilted maple handle was stabilized so as to hold up well to the rigorous demands of outdoor use, and it has a comfortable swell towards the end that feels great in the hand. Accompanied by Bruce's own hand stitched and textured pouch style leather sheath. Exceptional work throughout!
