Description: Corrie designs a spectacular folder and pays attention to every detail. His design sense clearly shines through this high tech folder.
The Damascus blade was forged by Mastersmith Heather Harvey (only one of two female mastersmiths in the world!), beginning with carbon steels. Work by Heather has become very hard to come by over the last few years. Complimentary damascus bolsters were forged by Ettoré Gianferarri in South Africa.
The scales are formed from striated mammoth molar. Titanium liners are anodized to a deep blue tone and have been meticulously hand fileworked in a vine pattern. The titanium backbar has been fileworked and textured and is set with a citrine. Smooth action and perfectly centered blade with exceptional fit and finish. The blade is easily opened with ruby thumb stud.
