Description: Corrie designs a spectacular folder and pays attention to every detail. His knives have unique appearance and feel, combining rare materials such as mother of pearl and damascus.
D'Lete has a futuristic appearance, resulting from broad, angular geometric lines. The swayback blade has been hollow ground and has very dramatic grind lines. Both the blade and rear bolster is formed from highly complex Damascus by Ettoré Gianferarri. Gianferarri's Damascus is forged in small runs such that the patterns are rarely repeated.
Scales and bolsters sit on a satin finished stainless steel underlay. The titanium liners have been gold anodized and are fully fileworked. The interior of the liners has been mirror polished. A faceted citrine gemstone is set in the fileworked titanium backbar and thumb stud. Exceptional work throughout.
