Description: This exceptional chef's knife is the masterwork of bladesmith Kelly Dallyn. The blade is forged to shape from O1 carbon steel and has a hand rubbed satin finish. It is brought to a razor edge. Desert ironwood scales have a nice mix of dark and light tones. They are dovetailed to the stainless bolsters. A central copper inlay has been dovetailed into the bolsters and is detailed with brass pins. It is very captivating. Excellent fit throughout.
