Description: As an avid hunter, Randy knows how a good hunting knife should perform. He loves to "field-test" his designs and feels that a quality knife should not only look great, but perform well as a tool. This one-of-a-kind drop point hunter is no exception.
The hollow ground ATS-34 stainless steel will hold up a great edge and will be easy to re-sharpen. The blade has been hardened to Rc59-60 so as to assure that the edge will remain razor sharp through the most difficult tasks. The handle is formed from stacked layers -- maple burl surrounds Arizona desert ironwood. Thin black fiber spacers allow the handle to adjust to changes in humidity and temperature. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
