Description: Raymond Richard's designs have a timeless grace about them that comes from a family heritage of knifemaking and the inclusion of hard to find materials.
The antiqued blade was forged to shape from a recovered lumber mill saw blade. The steel has a dramatic damascene grain pattern brought out by the antiquing.
The S-guard was forged from 1080 mild steel. A wrought iron ferrule and ring were forged from an 1850s era anchor chain. A hammered finish continues the antiqued feel to the knife.
The handle is formed from elk antler and desert ironwood. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
