Description: The sturdy stainless steel blade is fileworked in the vine pattern and has a tapered tang. A cryogenic heat treat makes the blade have a particularly aggressive edge that will hold its sharpness. The spalted birch is very attractive and is well-accented by the sheep horn, brass bolster, and red liners. The knife fits very well in the hand. Excellent fit and finish.
