Description: Corry's knives are some of the most spectacular and highest quality work coming out of South Africa. His designs are innovative and the implementation superb.
D’Struct has broad geometric lines resulting in a futuristic appearance with heirloom quality and feel. The uniquely recurved tanto blade has been hollow ground and has very dramatic grind lines. It is formed from Damascus forged by Henning Wilkinson in South Africa. The spirograph pattern, a variation of the pattern developed by Devin Thomas, is engaging from a distance and fascinating up close. The spine has been fileworked. The thumbstud and backbar are both inset with a ruby. The stainless steel bolsters are textured to echo the same pattern carved into the scales. Cape buffalo horn is extremely rare. The jet black horn has been nicely sculpted and textured and is finished off with an elegant silver wire twist. The anodized titanium liners have been fully fileworked and mirror polished on the interior. Smooth, silky action with exceptional fit and finish throughout. Perfectly centered blade.
