Description: Mastersmith Rick Dunkerley is best known for his detailed folders that have been part of defining the Montana Boys' knives. As an avid hunter, however, Rick sees the need for precision hunting knives that are the pinnacle of a use knife and so each year he makes a small number of hunting knives.
This gent's hunter has a blade forged from 1080 and 15N20 carbon steels. Ws pattern Damascus has been accordianed for a dramatic pattern. The blade has been heat colored to bronze tones. The stainless steel guard has been engraved by Rick in Western Scroll. The scales are premium stag and perfectly shaped to fit in the palm. As you would expect, the fit and finish is spectacular.
