Description: This exceptional chef's knife is the masterwork of bladesmith Kelly Dallyn. The blade is ATS-34 stainless steel with a hand rubbed satin finish. The blade is brought to a razor edge and has excellent edge geometry. A distal taper results in an optimal balance. The ironwood handle has warm tones and is surrounded by nickel silver pins -- resulting in a very strong handle. The stainless steel bolsters are inset with brass and copper for an elegant appearance and perfect balance. Exceptional fit throughout.
