Description: Raymond Richard's designs have a timeless grace about them that comes from a family heritage of knifemaking and the inclusion of hard to find materials.
The antiqued blade was forged to shape from 5160 carbon steel. The clip finishes in a dramatic upswept tip that is immediately engaging. The carbon steel blade was satin finished and antiqued.
The S-guard, ferrule, pommel and ring, are all forged from wrought iron that was recovered from an 1850s era Alaskan anchor chain. The wrought iron has a Damascene pattern. The handle is formed from sambar stag. Sambar of this quality is very rare to by. The pommel and ferrule have been sculpted to match the texture of the stag. Accompanied by horse hide leather sheath.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
