Description: Initial shaping is done with a #220 Grit Ceramic waterstone. Moving through #700 and #1200 grits ceramic waterstones, initial scratches are removed. Depending on the edge required, the final edge is achieved with either a #4000 Grit Large Super Deluxe Waterstone, or the #8000 Grit Kitayama Super Polish Stone. A man-made Nagura Stone and stone holder finish out the set.
