Description: Every so often, a truly unique masterpiece is created. This is it! This theme knife features a blood garnet thumbstud fileworked in the pattern of a bat, bat pattern filework on the nitre blued Damascus spine and backbar, which has been fileworked both outside and within, and a lancet blade. The filework throughout is very detailed. Fileworked screws. The sculpted handle is one of the most comfortable knives to hold that I have ever felt. The overlaid bolsters create an absolute seamless fit to the mammoth scales. Wade has chosen to use nitre-bluing, rather than heat bluing throughout, creating a more durable color. This is a signature piece that could only be produced by Mastersmith Wade Colter.
