Description: As at home in a collection as out in the field, this maple burl utility was the creation of Mastersmith Red St. Cyr. The maple burl handle swells both at the palm and toward the base, for a comfortable, secure hold. Red and white stacked fiber spacers allow the wood to adjust to temperature and humidity changes. The random pattern Damascus is a tight pattern and has been forged to shape. The blade has been distal tapered for optimal balance. This is the fit and finish befitting ABS Mastersmith Red. St. Cyr.
