Description: Master Smith Jerome Anders learned to make knives under the watchful eyes of his father, Mastersmith David Anders. Like his father, Jerome has a meticulous attention to detail and skill of implementation. Jerome and Anders are currently the only father and son that are both mastersmiths.
The blade and bolster are forged to shape from a single piece of 5160. By creating a fully integral knife, Jerome has assured an extremely sturdy design. It has been satin finished by hand for a very clean look that will hold up well under use. A differential heat treatment assures a razor sharp edge that will not quit.
The sambar stag handle provides a sure grip. Sambar of this quality is quite rare. The pommel is finished off with a sculpted plate. Excellent fit and finish throughout!
