Description: This elegant mammoth ivory hunter by Arno Bernard has a dramatic South African feel and look. Fossil mammoth ivory has been polished to a luster and is pinned with five stainless steel pins. The mammoth ivory shows off deep green tones moving across a burnt cream/caramel background. The deep bellied blade is exceptional for hunting or for use as a general purpose utility knife. The blade has been differentially hand satin finished to accentuate the dramatic grind lines. As at home in a collection as out in the field. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
