Description: Tom Goodpasture is currently apprenticed to Mastersmith PJ Tomes. Under the watchful eye of his master, he has created these exceptional handmade paring knives. Light and fast in the hand, the 420 stainless steel blades have keen, long lasting edges and have been hand satin finished. The handles are formed from jigged wood grain micarta. This material holds up well to heavy kitchen use and provides a sure grip. The scales are attached with four pins. Exceptional work throughout.
