Description: Corrie designs a spectacular folder and pays attention to every detail.
The Damascus used on this blade and bolsters is forged by Ettoré Gianferarri in South Africa. It is made in extremely small runs. You are unlikely to see this Damascus anywhere else. The blade has smooth action and is easily opened using the ruby thumb stud.
The fossil mammoth tooth scales meet in an elegant arc to the Damascus bolsters. Mammoth tooth, with its dramatic striations, is much prized. Alternating dark and light layers immediately captivate attention and uniquely identify this material. Blue anodized titanium liners are meticulously fileworked, as have the backbar and spine. The backbar has been inlaid with mother of pearl and has a tritium rod inset at the top. Tritium is a light emitting substance that glows in the dark. The interior of the liners have been mirror polished. A ruby gemstone is set in the thumb stud. Decorative pins. Silky smooth action and a perfectly centered blade.
