Description: This long, slender boot knife is the creation of Bladesmith Bill Amoureux. The blade was forged from 5160 carbon steel and has a elegant distal taper, resulting in an optimal balance. The blade has been differentially heat treated an hollow ground for easy maintenance. The spine has been lightly fileworked for a sure thumb purchase. The double guard and butt cap are each formed from nickel silver. Fossil walrus ivory surrounds a yellow amber spacer. Excellent work throughout.
This knife was featured on page 78 of the September issue of Blade Magazine.
