Description: Don Hanson creates knives with an extremely sleek profile and exceptional implementation.
The blade and bolsters are created from Don's Lizards and Ghosts mosaic Damascus. Many images are created the Damascus, including quasars, lizards and ghosts. The steel in the blade has been twisted after being forged, whereas the bolsters have been left straight. The blade is easily opened using the fileworked 18k gold thumb stud. Damascus backbar. Titanium liners have been bronze anodized and meticulously fileworked. 24k gold plated screws attach the exhibition grade mammoth ivory to the liners. The ivory is a deep clover green and has lighter veins running through. Slick action with a perfectly centered blade.
