Description: Audra's knives have a style all of their own. This knife was made to follow the pattern of an early Remington skinner. Audra collaborated on this knife with her son, Gregory Scott. The blade was forged from 52100 carbon steel and was differentially heat treated for a keen, long lasting edge. Both the blade and tang have been distal tapered for a perfect balance in the hand. The scales are formed from wavy beech burl that has been stabilized. The wood's convoluted grain structure and dark tones work well with the knife. Four hollow pins finish off the handle.
The sheath is a copy of a Ruana sheath and was made by Yoyo sheath. It comes with a whetstone. Nice fit and finish throughout.
