Description: Nico Pelzer's knives are a pleasure in the hand. The gently rounded surface of this small folder fits comfortably into the palm.
The stainless Damascus blade was forged from Damasteel. The exceptional pattern immediately grabs attention. Damasteel holds an exceptional keen edge. The spine has been lightly textured for a secure thumb purchase, resulting in an easy flipper style opening.
The bolsters are made from Gibeon meteorite that landed in Great Namaqualand, Namibia, Africa. When carbon dated, Gibeon meteorite dates to over 4 billion years old. The Gibeon fragments are spread over one of the largest strewn fields in the world, measuring 70 miles wide by 230 miles long and have a distinctive pattern known as the Widmanstatten pattern, which is one of the richest and most distinct patterns found in meteorites.
Fossilized mammoth ivory scales are set on textured titanium liners. Excellent fit and finish with a perfectly centered blade and great action.
