Description: Jim's hunting knives are as sturdy as they are elegant. A hunter himself, as well as a backwoodsman, his knives have been heavily tested in the field over the years.
The blade is forged from carbon steels along with pure nickel for a highly contrasting blade. Detailed spirograph ribbons travel across a background of complicated radial windows. The result is both fascinating up close and from a distance. The guard and butt cap are both formed from matching Damascus.
The stabilized redwood burl handle has warm tones and a nice grain pattern. Ebony spacers surround a central pre-ban elephant ivory spacer. Nickel silver is used to separate sections of the detailed spacers. The stabilized wood will be reliable and sturdy handle even under the difficult conditions of the outdoors. The fit and finish is excellent. Numbered 100.
