Description: Swedish knifemaker Greger Forselius has a flair for design. This traditional Swedish Puukko has a well rounded handle that fits very comfortably in the hand and wells at the base. The stacked handle is formed from Maka wood burl. This wood, which hails from Thailand has a deep red warmth and a swirling grain structure. The front bolster is carved from buffalo horn. Spacers created from reindeer antler, brass, and buffalo horn have all been fileworked for a very dramatic appearance. The back of the handle is inlaid with warthog tusk. The pommel is formed from dyed and stabilized masur birch and warthog tusk. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
