Description: This spectacular knife is everything that we've come to expect from maker, Roger Bergh. The multi-bar Damascus, forged to shape, so as to follow the shape of the blade, is very dramatic. The handle is made from a fossil artifact from St. Lawrence Island, in Alaska. Most of these artifacts are fossilized walrus tusk which were made into fishing weights during the 1800s. This knife sits on a large piece of fossilized Mastodon Tusk affixed to it's wooden display stand.
