Description: Daniel Winkler and Karen shook create works of art that will soon become family heirlooms. They have been a large part of defining the primitive knife movement in the United States. The fossil mammoth ivory scales area mixture of deep caramel and burnt cream. The spine has been lightly fileworked. The flat ground blade has a forge finish on the flats and reveals Daniel's high contrast Damascus. The full tang has been distal tapered for excellent balance in the hand. Accompanied by certificate from the maker.
