Description: This exceptional chef's knife is the masterwork of bladesmith Kelly Dallyn. The blade is forged to shape from 5160 carbon steel and has a hand rubbed satin finish. The blade is brought to a razor edge and has excellent edge geometry. A central brass line has been dovetailed into the 416 stainless steel bolsters. It is very captivating. Santos rosewood scales are perfectly fit to the dovetailed bolsters. Exceptional fit throughout.
