Description: This massive Broad Sword is an amazing piece. Weighing just over 8 lbs, the 1/3" thick Damascus steel blade has been highly carved and sculpted. Starting with a 100 layer Damascus with a bold pattern, the blade is amazing to behold. Mardi has heavily pierced and sculpted the blade, creating an organic web of steel. The recess has also been heavily carved and leads into the anodized titanium guard. The handle is formed from ebony and pink ivory, separated by copper and Damascus spheres forged from forklift chain. The resulting Damascus has a very bold pattern. The handle is finished off with a nickel Damascus pyramid, brought to a sharp point. Exceptional fit and finish throughout.
