Description: Jeff Driscoll creates masterpieces that are created by hand without the use of grinders and the like. As such, he is able to sculpt his work in ways that cannot be done by machine, creating unique knives that are extremely well executed. He pulls heavily on Nordic knives, using blades from the best bladesmiths from Nordic countries.
The handle and sheath are highly sculpted. The figured desert ironwood bolster swells gently and narrows as it approaches the carved ebony, which in turn swells at the palm for a secure and comfortable feel in the hand. A blackbird's foot holds a carved ball at the base. A Styrefors mosaic Damascus hot caustic blued blade with dark coloration completes the theme. Edge bars are Firecracker pattern and surround double nickel stripes.
