Description: Mastersmith Bill Fiorini is one of the folks that has defined the knife industry today. He was one of the first makers to have such control over mosaic Damascus patterns and continues to be an innovator, as shown in the Damascus patterns on this liner lock folder. The bolsters are created from sterling silver that has been reticulated - heated until the surface buckles and ripples, forming the unique surface textures seen here . The scales are set on fileworked titanium liners that have been jewel polished on the interior. Damascus backbar. Elegant features such as a blacklip mother of pearl thumbstud and gold plated screws finish off this piece.
