Description: This dramatic Broadwell art folder has a carved, Damascus blade matched with sculpted mokume gane scales. David has used deep blue lapis lazuli for the thumbstud, pivot pins, and window frames. The mokume backbar is carved into a series of graceful curves. The sculpted scales cause the knife seat comfortably into the hand providing a tactile as well as visual treat. This knife was created in 1999, as noted on the inside (numbered 99-7) and has been held in a private collection. It is in mint condition. Excellent action with a perfectly centered blade.
