Description: It is rare to find Steve's high end work . . . and we're pleased to be able to show this Ai Kuchi. Steve's knives are works of art that are well tested in the field. The balance is perfectly thought out on this fast moving knife. The wrapped handle provides a sure grip. The hamon is the result of the traditional Japanese method of clay tempering which retains the resilience of the spine while hardening the edges for superior sharpness.
