Description: During the Second World War, copper was a valuable commodity needed in the war effort. In an effort to conserve the metal, the United States issued Lincoln Cents in 1943 made from a steel blank coated with zinc. Mike has created a spectacular dagger around these historical coins. Two coins are inlaid into either side of the handle, revealing each side of a complete coin. The African blackwood handle feels excellent in the hand, swelling to meet the palm. Excellent fit and finish from a very promising maker!
