Description: Jay Hendrickson's knives are something that I find tremendously inspiring. The fit and finish is beyond compare; the styling immediately recognizable, yet unique. The apple seed grind that is a hallmark of Jay's blades assures that the edge will be sturdy and long lasting. Here, he has used 52100 carbon steel, which is my favorite steel. The resulting edge is both long lasting and razor sharp.
