Description: The mammoth ivory that Roger selected for the handle of this excellent hunter has veining so dark blue that it is nearly black and is very rare. The caramel highlights in the ivory are accented by the masur birch spacer and the black veining is mirrored in the buffalo horn bolster. The buttcap is a rich, dark blue and has natural texturing. The blade has a mosaic Damascus center and the Nordic "Explosion" pattern Damascus edge. As I have come to expect from Roger, the exotic materials are matched by an excellent fit and finish.
